Salman Khan, who is donning the garb of a wrestler for his upcoming film Sultan, has already begun his intensive training for the same. Sultan is the first time Salman will be seen in an out-and-out wrestler avatar. The actor plays the role of Sultan Ali Khan, a 40-year-old wrestler from Haryana.

Salman, say reports, has already begun training for his role in Sultan. Training to get into Sultan’s shoes will take the superstar about four hours daily, and not to mention, some good amount of sweating it out. For Sultan, Salman has as his trainer Larnell Stovall, the stunt and fight coordinator who has to his credit films like Max Steel and The Hunger Games. Stovall took to Twitter to announce his association with Salman Khan’s Sultan.

 Over the next few months, on the sets of Sultan, Stovall will be training the actor in wrestling and mixed martial arts. And as for Salman Khan fans, the very moment one got a sniff of the news, ‘#Sultan’ began trending on Twitter in India. At the time of filing this, #Sultan was the top trend in the country on Twitter.

Sultan has as its director Ali Abbas Zafar, and is to hit the screens on Eid next year.
