If the first episode is anything to go by, we can’t wait for the second one to air nationwide this weekend and the BTS updates on Instagram are only building up the anticipation. A mix of the old and the young; the experienced and the fresh, the line-up for Episode 2 includes Surriya Khanum with Anwar Maqsood, Quratulain Baloch, Umair Jaswal and Rizwan & Muazzam Ali Khan. However, the most anticipated performance of all is Ali Zafar’s whose BTS shot in a bling-heavy jacket by Ali Xeeshan, seemingly inspired from that of Michael Jackson, has been doing the rounds on social media. Ali’s last stint in Coke Studio was quite a memorable one where he collaborated with Saeein Tufail in what was a melodious, Sufi-esque spell. However, it appears the singer-turned-actor is more in the mood for some pop this season and we can’t wait to hear what he has to offer after his longstanding break.
