Charlie Sheen’s ex has filed for a restraining order after a tape emerged in which he appears to threaten her life.
A secret recording obtained by the The National Enquirer purports to show the 50-year-old threatening to pay to ‘have her head kicked in’.
After reading the story the porn star – who was briefly engaged to the actor – filed the order with police in Van Nuys, revealing she was ‘obviously’ in fear for her life.
Her lawyer told Fox News: ‘Ms. Rossi is terrified after listening to the recording of Mr. Sheen apparently threatening her life. She takes the threat as being serious, given what she knows about Mr. Sheen.
‘She will take all necessary steps with law enforcement and the courts to protect herself.’
